The presentation looks at issues in decommissioning the subsea achitecture or oil and gas structures. Following a brief overview of decommissioning, the presentation looks at three high potential near miss incidents (oxy-arc ‘Broco’, cutting, contaminated pipeling and a partially cut conductor) that occurred during diving ops on decommissioning projects. The presentation ends with lessons learned and takeaways.
