Randy Fenton is currently serving as the Marine Infrastructure Manager at the New York Power Authority (NYPA). In 2002, Mr. Fenton started working at the New York Power Authority as Chief of Grounds and moved into Supervisor of General Maintenance position in 2005. His responsibilities in General Maintenance included the oversite of two tugboats, an ice breaker, and the installation/removal and maintenance of the ice boom at the mouth of the Niagara River. Since 2018, Mr. Fenton is holding the position of Marine Infrastructure Manager at the New York Power Authority. In this role he oversees the capital budgeted vessel program for the New York Power Authority and the Canal Corporation. Mr. Fenton graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He also holds an MBA from Medaille College in Buffalo, NY. He currently resides in Hamburg, NY with his wife of 30 years. His hobbies include owning and operating an ice cream parlor in his hometown, snowmobiling, and real estate.
