David Laack earned his Civil Engineering degree at the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee. He began working in heavy civil construction, joining the J.F. Brennan Company team as a Project Manager in August 2013. He is currently a senior manager in the company’s Underwater Services group, planning and executing projects as well as providing supervision and development for his team’s junior members. He also served in the U.S. Army Reserve, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer.
