Commercial divers have significant legal rights under the law; additionally, commercial divers have as significant legal obligations as they ply their trade offshore and under water.
This presentation will review the divers’ legal rights when unfortunate events occur offshore; the presentation will also explore the divers’ legal obligations they must fulfill to ensure their safety and their employers and their employer’s customers and underwriters.
The presenters, attorneys Bobby J. Delise and Michael McAlpine, will explain the law and their experiences in representing commercial divers and diving contractors over the last 45 years.
