We Work the Waterways connects people to the maritime industry through immersive, hands-on experiences that spark curiosity and build confidence. From classrooms to ports, and through digital tools and storytelling, we help individuals explore what’s out there and see themselves in it.

While employers and training programs focus on recruitment, our work starts earlier. We build awareness, provide exposure, and foster connection. By doing so, we lay the groundwork for a stronger, more inclusive talent pipeline rooted in understanding and opportunity.
