Thomas Carow serves as the EHS Director for Fincantieri Marinette Marine. Thomas has been with Fincantieri since 2012, covering multiple Fincantieri facilities as EHS Senior Leadership. As a retired, US Navy Chief Petty Officer with a keen eye for the intricate aspects of Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, he has been able to continue his passion in the maritime sector of new construction and repair industry. During his time at Fincantieri, Thomas has led significant changes to all EHS programs stateside and aboard, which have resulted in National EHS recognition from the National Safey Council, Shipbuilders Council of America and the Wisconsin Safety Council.
