Jayne Russell is the founder of JE Russell Consulting, a boutique firm specializing in marine interiors, branding, and marketing for passenger-vessel operators. With more than 30 years in the industry, including time at sea and in vessel operations, she brings a unique understanding of how design, compliance, and culture intersect. A former leader of Crowley’s Interior Design Solutions group and now Chair of the Passenger Vessel Association’s Associate Council, Jayne is recognized for building teams and partnerships that attract and retain talent while delivering innovative, operations-driven results.
