Commander Noel Johnson has served in the U.S. Coast Guard for more than 17 years. He followed the Response Ashore career path focusing on search and rescue, law enforcement, and port security. As the Boat Platform Management Division Chief at USCG Headquarters in Washington, D.C., he manages capabilities for a mission-diverse fleet of 1,710 boats within 53 boat classes across 551 units. He provides oversight in the development of capability requirements that enables safe and effective boat operations in support of all Coast Guard missions.
