To preserve the value of our event for participating exhibitors, a Non-Exhibiting Supplier Fee will apply to all individuals representing companies that offer a product or service within the commercial marine industry but choose not to exhibit. 

• Applicability: This fee is charged per person and applies to all individuals representing supplier companies involved in the commercial marine sector who are attending the event without an exhibit space. 
• Purpose: The fee is designed to protect the investment of our exhibiting companies and to maintain a level playing field on the show floor. 
• Non-Refundable: The Non-Exhibiting Supplier Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation or changes in attendee plans. 
• Solicitation Prohibited: Individuals from non-exhibiting supplier companies are strictly prohibited from soliciting business on the show floor. This includes distributing marketing materials, holding business discussions, or promoting products or services in any form. 

Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and possible exclusion from future participation.
