Tank level indication and alarms for eight tanks, in user selectable units of measure. Each tank level display consists of six digit LED display for level status, bargraph for percent volume display and four alarm LEDs. Four analog outputs are available for remote display purposes.
Tank Level Monitor
Tank level indication and alarms for up to eight tanks can be monitored simultaneously, displayed in user selectable units of measure.
Each tank level display consists of an engraved nameplate for tank identification, large six digit LED display for level status, bargraph for percent volume display, four alarm LEDs for high and low level alarms (Very High, High, Low, Very Low) and alarms for high flow rate (leak detection) and transducer fault.
Four relay outputs are available per panel for alarming purposes. Outputs can be programmed for any one of the six alarm conditions available on any one tank, or can be programmed to follow alarm conditions on multiple tanks. Each alarm point is provided with independent time delays for SLOW and FAST scan rates.
Four analog outputs are available per panel for display purposes. Outputs can be programmed for any one of the eight tanks.
Two scanning rates are incorporated into the panel. FAST scan is used when filling to ensure instantaneous readings, and SLOW scan is used while under way to cancel out the effects of fluids sloshing around in the tanks. The SLOW scan rate is tuned to cancel out the natural roll frequency of the vessel. Panels with out this feature will display erratic unusable readings during rough conditions.
With the TEST, SILENCE, and ACKNOWLEDGE push buttons the Tank Level Monitor is a fully operational alarm and monitoring panel for tanks.
