Mr. Lewis has been with the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Formal Contract Division since 2021. His duties and responsibilities include the acquisition and contract administration of non-major contracts for USCG Boat Acquisition Program and Assistant Commandant for Capability. He started his career on active duty in 2000 and has over 20 years of federal government expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), government financial management, simplified and formal acquisitions, procurement and budget execution, account reconciliation, and fiscal management.
