Commander Scott Bock has served in the U.S. Coast Guard for more than 15 years. He followed the Response Ashore career path focusing on search and rescue, law enforcement, and port security. As the Boat Platform Management Division Chief at USCG Headquarters in Washington, D.C., he manages capabilities for a mission-diverse fleet of 1,750 boats within 54 boat classes across 509 units. He provides oversight in the development of capability requirements that enables safe and effective boat operations in support of all Coast Guard missions.
