Ryan Cook

Ryan Cook is the CTO and co-founder of Arc, where he leads engineering across propulsion, onboard systems, and vessel architecture. Cook studied mechanical engineering at Northwestern University and spent nearly a decade at SpaceX, where he led engineering programs on both the Falcon 9 and Starship rocket programs. Ryan brings that same first principles mindset to Arc, applying aerospace level rigor to every detail of the company’s electric boats.
