Robert Vosbein, Jr.

Mr. Vosbein graduated from the University of Arizona in 1992 earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance. Upon graduation, he moved to Kiev, Ukraine, where he worked as the Deputy Director for the Ukrainian Legal Foundation.  Mr. Vosbein subsequently attended law school at Tulane University, where he served as the fellow for the Trial Advocacy Program and was appointed as an extern for United States Magistrate Judge Lance Africk. Mr. Vosbein graduated Cum Laude with a Certificate of Specialization in Maritime Law from Tulane. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Vosbein joined the law firm Adams and Reese, LLP, where he served on the firm’s Diversity Committee, as co-chair of the firm’s Recruiting Committee, and as the firm’s Liaison Partner in charge of Associates. Mr. Vosbein was a member of Tulane Law School’s Adjunct Faculty and taught Trial Advocacy at Tulane from 1998 through 2002. In March 2008, Mr. Vosbein joined Harvey Gulf International Marine, where he still serves as General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Vosbein serves on the Board of Directors for the Offshore Marine Service Association, the Offshore Vessel Dynamic Position Association, and Harvey Gulf International Marine de México S.A.P.I. de C.V. He served on the Board of Directors for the New Orleans Chamber from 2017 to 2021.
