Rick Rupan manages the Argo Float lab at the University of Washington School of Oceanography. He also teaches courses in the UW Ocean Technology Program and co-leads the MATE Floats Ocean Technology Summer Workshop. He also serves as a regional coordinator for the MATE ROV Competition and is an advisor to the UW ROV team.
