Matthew Fudge is a Principal Engineer and Technical Projects Manager at DOF, where he supports the engineering, planning, and execution of complex offshore and subsea construction projects. His experience spans subsea installation, heavy lifting and handling, flexible and umbilical installation, cable installation, diving, and marine construction operations across the United States and international markets.
Throughout his career, Matthew has held engineering, project management, and operational leadership roles supporting major offshore developments for energy operators and contractors. His focus is on translating engineering requirements into practical offshore execution strategies, with particular emphasis on safe lifting and handling, vessel and equipment integration, constructability, and improving efficiency through technology and better operational planning.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University
