Matthew J. Cooke is a Naval Architect, Project Manager, and Principal Consultant of Manage For Us LLC, with over 12 years of experience in marine salvage and emergency response. A graduate of SUNY Maritime College, Matthew spent over a decade at T&T Salvage LLC, where he served as one of two lead Project Managers on the wreck removal of the Golden Ray — the largest marine salvage operation in U.S. history. His emergency response experience includes extensive work with the Incident Command System and collaboration with the U.S. Coast Guard, international regulators, and major shipping companies. Matthew is also the founder of The How To Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching practical life skills not traditionally covered in formal education
