Marni Zabarsky is the HSEQ Manager for Aqueos Corporation and a respected leader in offshore diving and subsea operations with more than 30 years of industry experience. Known as the first female saturation diver in the Gulf of Mexico, she has logged over 1,500 days in saturation and held leadership roles spanning project management, business development, and HSEQ. Marni serves on the IMCA Diving Division Management Committee, the Advisory Board of The Ocean Corporation, and chairs the IMCA Inclusive Offshore Diving Operations Workgroup. She is recognized for translating operational experience into practical safety leadership, risk management, and workforce development.
