Maggie Moon is the Chief Marketing Officer at Glosten, a full-service naval architecture and marine engineering consultancy, where she leads the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. She joined Glosten in 2011 and has since worked across nearly every part of the business, gaining a deep understanding of the maritime industry and the people who shape it.
Raised on the south shore of Lake Erie in a family that shares a love of boats—her father restores vintage wooden runabouts, and her brother is a naval architect—Maggie has been connected to the water her entire life. She joined Glosten after earning her degree in business economics from Cleveland State University and has since advanced into senior leadership, joining the firm’s leadership team in 2020 and becoming a principal in 2021. Today, she brings her energy and strategic insight to advancing Glosten’s growth and reputation across the industry, and in 2022 was named one of Marine Log’s Top Women in Maritime.
