Joe Hudspeth joined EBDG in 2024 as Director of Sales, bringing over 20 years of experience in marine sales, marketing, and product development. His background spans hybrid and electric propulsion systems, fuel-efficient hull designs, and sustainable marine technologies. Joe plays a key role in supporting EBDG’s strategic growth, overseeing client relationships, contract development, and corporate communications.

Before joining EBDG, Joe held leadership roles in the commercial marine sector, where he championed innovative vessel solutions for a broad range of operators. He currently serves as the regional chairman for the Passenger Vessel Association and is a recognized voice in the industry, often speaking at conferences and events on advancements in propulsion and sustainability.
