Jeffrey Gazarek brings over 20 years of hands-on commercial diving experience and a strong focus on regulatory and safety compliance to the stage. Since 2005, he has worked across all levels of the industry as a Tender, Surface Diver, Saturation Diver, and Mixed Gas Supervisor. He has completed complex offshore and inland projects throughout the Gulf of Mexico and around the world in many remote locations. His field expertise includes inspection, construction, problem analysis, and developing practical solutions under challenging conditions while maintaining strict regulatory and safety standards.

In 2015, Jeffrey joined Moffatt & Nichol, where he currently serves as Compliance Manager. In this role, he oversees regulatory and safety protocol compliance for all field operations for employees and subconsultans. His dedication to professional safety and compliance is supported by his certifications as a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (2018) and Certified Occupational Safety Manager (2019).

Jeffrey has been actively involved with the Association of Diving Contractors International (ADCI) for many years. He currently serves on the ADCI Board of Directors as Chairman of the Gulf Coast Chapter. He contributes to the review and revision of the ADCI Consensus Standards and serves on the Drafting Committee for the ANSI/ADCI Standard for Commercial Diver Training. In these roles, he helps shape industry-wide best practices that bridge real-world operations with formal training and regulatory requirements.
