Jake Russell leads strategy, operations, and business development for Orpheus Ocean, bringing a background in innovation and commercialization as an Operating Partner with Propeller Ventures. He was previously a Fellow at ARPA-E (US Department of Energy), where he specialized in ocean technologies, including work on floating offshore wind program ATLANTIS, and helped launch three funding programs worth over $50 million in total. He holds a PhD from Columbia University.
