Hernán Pablo Rodríguez, born on June 27, 1981, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, has been devoted to water from an early age. After completing his secondary education, he decided to follow his passion and graduated as a lifeguard. He continued his training by acquiring skills as a rescue helmsman, sport diver, technical diver (Trimix and caves), and first-class commercial diver at the Argentine Naval Prefecture. He also became a rescue swimmer for the Argentine Naval Prefecture and earned a degree as a physical education teacher.
After several years of working as a commercial diver and experiencing the loss of many friends due to poor work practices, Hernán decided to take action and founded his own company, HS Water Solutions SRL, following international standards from ADCI, DCoE, IMCA, and OGP. This experience led him to seek further training to ensure safety and efficiency in his work. He trained as a Kirby Morgan Technician and, over time, became an instructor for Kirby Morgan Technicians. In addition, he acquired knowledge in rope access to perform vertical work, providing him with the theoretical and practical foundations to select the appropriate rescue equipment.
