Georgina White is an academic leader, educator, and facilitator with over 20 years of experience across post-secondary education, environmental science, and public service. She is Assistant Head of the School of Ocean Technology at the Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland, where she provides strategic leadership in program delivery, quality assurance, personnel management, and stakeholder engagement.
With graduate degrees in Education and Environmental Science, Georgina brings an interdisciplinary, learner-centred approach to teaching and leadership. She is known for fostering inclusive, collaborative environments and for designing practical, industry-informed learning experiences that support professional growth.
In parallel, Georgina has served with the Department of National Defence for more than two decades, leading training initiatives and mentoring personnel at all levels.
