Captain Clark is a seasoned submariner with 31 years of US Navy experience including commanding USS DALLAS (SSN-700) executing Seal Delivery Vehicle (SDV) special forces operations during two Mediterranean, Middle East and Indian Ocean deployments. In 2013 he joined Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. retiring in 2023 as Senior Vice President leading the Energy and Environment Business Group including Teledyne Energy Systems, Inc. commercializing hydrogen fuel cell persistent undersea power. Teledyne Brown Engineering designed and builds the USSOCOM Shallow Water Combat Submersible and manages the Teledyne Slocum Glider program. Captain Clark volunteers as co-chair of the Marine Technology Society Submarine Committee and is Deputy Executive Director of the World Submarine Organization.
