CAPT Greg Mitchell is a U.S. Navy Engineering Duty Officer with extensive experience in shipbuilding, maintenance, and program management. He has held leadership roles in various naval shipbuilding and repair programs, including serving as the Lead Systems Engineer for Littoral Combat Ships and leading government efforts for the construction of Expeditionary Sea Base and John Lewis Replenishment Oiler ship classes. CAPT Mitchell’s diverse assignments also include managing international fleet support and foreign military sales in Egypt, as well as program management in Iraq. He currently leads as the Major Program Manager for U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales Boats and Craft (PMS 300), overseeing an expansive portfolio that includes everything from agile small boats and combatant craft to specialized service craft and seaborne targets. He holds a Master of Science in Ocean Systems Management and a Naval Engineer’s Degree from MIT and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
