Betsy Stratton manages projects at the nexus of energy, education, and workforce development. At the National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR), she leads the development and implementation of programs that build pathways to careers in the renewable energy sector, primarily marine energy and hydropower.
Her work spans K–12 STEM education programming, collegiate competitions, and workforce research, examining how advancements in technology are reshaping workforce and skillset needs. Betsy also supports technical assistance and business development efforts, to advance lab impact and awareness.
Betsy holds a B.A. in Environmental Policy from Colorado College and an M.A. in Geospatial Sciences from the University of Colorado Denver.
