Dr. Bertan Tezcan has over 25 years of technology and defense industry experience. Between 1999-2009, he held several positions at a chip company, IDT,which is based in silicon valley. He worked at Diehl Defense between 2009-2013 and worked at Gate Electronik between 2013-2015 as Vice President responsible for R&D. Since 2015, he serves as CEO of HOYTEK, a ROV manufacturer, which he also co-founded.
Bertan Tezcan has a Bachelor of Science from Bilkent University Electrical Engineering department, and holds a PhD from University of Southern California in the same field.
