His duties include strategic planning for both production and sales. Mr Dreyfus also maintains lobbying efforts with local, state and federal officials.
Being the Founder’s son did not bring privileges to Mr. Dreyfus. As a young man, he was required to work within the production facilities, including the hard physical work of past day lamination processes. This experience was beneficial when, as an adult, Mr. Dreyfus returned to USMI; he remains an active part of each work area within the company. His continued presence within each department reassures employees of the openness of USMI’s Upper Management to hear each person’s ideas and concerns. This openness expands to USMI’s vendors and customers. To ensure he is an active team member and beneficial to the USMI family, Mr. Dreyfus ensures he is certified to operate all heavy equipment at USMI, qualified to be a boat driver or crew member for all USMI craft and is known to be an active participant in each department, from janitorial to work flow processes, to after delivery support.
