Mr. Alan Cummings joined the Federal Civil Service in 2012, assuming his current role as Assistant Program Manager for U.S. Navy Boats and Combatant Craft (B&CC) Life Cycle Management Programs. This assignment is highly focused on the acquisition and life cycle planning, budgeting and oversight of B&CC Planning Yard/Port Engineering and In-Service Engineering Agent services, including hull, mechanical, electrical, and electronic system life cycle maintenance, logistics and sustainment planning. Mr. Cummings also provides oversight of B&CC system technical refresh/phased replacement integration efforts and manages warranty programs.
