Aidan joined Sonardyne in 2021 as Business Development Manager – Marine Robotics. Through this role Aidan is responsible for achieving sustainable growth for Sonardyne across multiple markets in Marine Autonomous Systems and Vehicles. Prior to joining Sonardyne Aidan spent two decades working for the UK National Oceanography Centre in a variety of industry facing roles around focused on marine autonomous system and sensor developments.
Aidan plays an active role in the UK marine science and technology community as a member of various industry groups and committees, including: Global Underwater Hub’s South Steering Group, the Society of Maritime Industries Maritime Autonomous Systems Group Council and the Marine Measurement Forum Steering Group.
