The Unified Command Salvage Branch Head (Paul Hankins) who is the Salvage Director for USN NAVSEA’s SUPERVISOR OF DIVING AND SALVAGE (SUPSALV); and CAPT Sal Suarez who is the Captain of SUPSALV along with the Senior Salvage Master (Billy Kratz- DONJON MARINE) and the Assistant Salvage Master (Robyn Bianchi-DONJON MARINE) of the FSKB salvage response (for the #1 Priority of opening up the Federal Waterway Channel) would like to conduct a Brief Presentation (panal style) on the FSKB response. We would like to have an open question and answer period about the response to include describing how the response unfolded from the first call to the Navy from the Army Corps of Engineers to the completion of getting the 700′ wide x 60′ depth federal waterway cleared of all bridge structure and debris in order to propetly open after the Dali struck the Bridge and caused it to collapse.
