Please be advised that the prices listed in the documents below are from the 2025 event and should be used for budgeting purposes only. The forms below should not be used to place your 2026 orders as prices are subject to increase. The online Exhibitor Resource Center will be available in August and at that time you may begin placing orders with our official vendors.

  • 3′ high side dividers
  • Booths 300 sq. ft or less will receive a one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive an identification sign upon request.

Ernest N. Morial Convention Center 

The facility is the official vendor for all utilities.
