North River Boats has been manufacturing PILOT vessels for many years. Our 38' - 52' PILOT vessels are specifically designed to safely transfer your Pilot. Choose between a Hybrid / Air Fender or full air chamber R.A.I.V. Our unique boarding platforms place the Pilot at the ideal position for transfer to a ship or barge. Large spotter windows and see through hatches allow great visibility for the coxswain making the transfer. Twin diesel water jet propulsion provides optimum performance and maneuverability. Crew Transfer

North River Boats (Almar Boats) Crew Transfer vessel is a fast workhorse designed to get your crew to work safely and efficiently. The Crew Transfer is powered with twin CAT C-12 marine diesel engines at 705 hp (each) with Hamilton 364 jets. This provides a cruising speed of 27 knots with a maximum speed of just over 35 knots. The 450 gallon diesel fuel tank provides for more than a 200 NM range. Designed for redundancy, the boat is equipped with dual Phasor 15kw marine generators.
