Viper WRL Pty Ltd manufactures wire rope lubrication equipment. The Viper MKII Series enable’s wire ropes to be safely, quickly and effectively lubricated and has the potential to extend their life significantly. The Viper MKII eliminates manual greasing, reduces downtime and improves equipment availability. It is a safer way to lubricate wire ropes and reduces lubricant usage, has less leakage and reduces mess.
Viper WRL Mini MKII
The Viper Mini MK II provides a light weight, easy to use option for smaller or hard to access wire ropes. It cleans and lubricates wire ropes quickly, efficiently and safely. Suitable for wire ropes with a diameter between 6mm to 36mm, the Viper Wire Rope Mini MKII System lubricates ropes at up to 2000mt/hour.The Viper Wire Rope Lubricator provides grease penetration, moisture displacement and total coverage by forcing lubricant into the core of the rope.
Viper WRL Mid MKII
Fast and effective lubrication of wire ropes with a diameter between 6mm to 67mm. The Viper Mid MKII lubricates ropes at up to 2000mt/hour. The Viper Wire Rope Lubricator provides grease penetration, moisture displacement and total coverage by forcing lubricant into the core of the rope.
Viper WRL Maxi MKII
Fast and effective lubrication of wire ropes with a diameter between 50mm to 165mm. High speed lubrication of ropes allows quicker lubrication, hence less downtime. Enables larger diameter and longer ropes to be lubricated. Less downtime due to the high volume flow rate of the pump, meaning high speed lubrication up to 2000m/hr
Viper Wire Rope Cleaner (VRC)
Viper Rope Cleaners enable the removal of contamination or built up old lubricant from the wire rope prior to lubrication, improving the effectiveness of the lubrication process via the Viper WRL.Viper Rope Cleaners (VRC’s) are available in left and right hand lay, to suit 6 and 8 strand ropes and other strand configurations on request.
VMRCS Manual Rope Cleaner
