Carboguard® is our line of epoxy coatings and offers excellent anti-corrosive barriers to protect your assets. Choose from a selection of fast cure, fast recoat, and low-temperature cure coatings. Carboguard products are incredibly versatile with uses across the marine industry, including, but not limited to wheelhouse steel, cranes, equipment, piping, handrails, ship hulls, walkways, ballast tanks, potable water tanks, and dry void tanks.
Carbomastic® is our line of epoxy mastics, which are surface tolerant epoxies with excellent wetting properties for minimally prepared steel. Carbomastic products provide superior corrosion protection for when abrasive blasting is challenging or unrealistic, making them the ideal maintenance coating. Carbomastic products can also be used on ballast tanks and under insulation up to 300°F (148°C).
Carbothane® is our line of polyurethanes, which is a series of weatherable polyurethane coatings and clear coats characterized by their color and gloss retention. Carbothane products keep hulls, superstructure, and deck structures like cranes, wheelhouse steel, piping, and handrails looking incredible for years.
Carbozinc® is our line of Zinc-rich Primers, which are a complete line of organic and inorganic zinc primers for outstanding corrosion protection of steel substrates. These industry leading zinc coatings provide the highest level of protection to equipment, cranes, hulls (above the waterline), piping, and wheelhouse steel. Carbozinc products are also excellent for elevated temperature service, including piping, heaters, furnaces, boilers, stacks, vessels, heat exchangers, and mufflers up to 1000°F (538°C).
C-Flex® is an "ablative" or "polishing" type coating designed to provide high levels of extended protection against fouling. This tin-free antifouling uses an engineered binder matrix resulting in a controlled and effective release of biocide during operation over extended service periods. It provides long term protection and fuel efficiency in harsh marine environments.
Carbotherm® is our line of spray-on insulative coatings, used in areas from worker protection, solar reflectance, deep-sea wells, and cryogenic protection. Their insulative properties can help reduce the cost associated with maintaining heated storage tanks.
