Auto-Maskin has been producing diesel engine control panels since 1969 and is displaying the MarinePro range of engine controllers, Class Approved Shutdown units, Remote panels and Auto-Maskins complete range of I/O units. Launching in New Orleans will be the DCU 210E, Marine View, our new Vessel Management System along with Marine Watch, our new vessel Alarm Monitoring System and a smartphone App to allow remote monitoring of engines via a local wireless network. With live demonstrations, and key personnel available at the booth, we can help you specify your next Alarm and Monitoring system to protect your investment, whether it is for just a single engine, or a complete vessel protection, mamagement and monitoring architecture
The DCU 210E is a complete, standalone engine supervision unit, with a daylight capable, responsive touchscreen, IP56 environmental protection front and rear, 19 configurable I/O channels and new lighting fast CPU. The new design is modern, effective and provides installation possibilities in all outdoor and exposed locations with IP56 sealed front and rear Deutsch DT-connector connectivity. The unit is optimized for electronic engines and gearboxes with two J1939 interfaces, and the 19 configurable inputs allows a variety of sensor inputs from mechanical engines and transmissions. Suitable for both 12 and 24V DC installations.
The Vessel Management System that makes you enjoy peace of mind at sea through its durability, accountability, trace-ability and redundancy. Its ease of installation and use and operational efficiency will ensure a cost saving and smart way ahead. The system includes most known protocols as standard and allows for full third party integration. The system obsoletes compromises on integration across the vessel.HMI with graphics are designed for immediate capture of information and drive focus to important parameters. The advanced software makes supervision of a complex automation system easy and intuitive. Marine View uses high quality monitor solutions and can be optimized for environments, being the engine control room or the wheelhouse.
The system architecture is scalable and can be used in small to medium sized installations. The I/O modules are in a separate cabinet, and communicates to the operator panel on a standard Ethernet cable. One or several operator panels can be installed.Bringing alarm channels from multiple processes and multiple alarm panels into Marine Watch will reduce risk, and give the operator a clear view of the shipConfiguration is built right into the touch screen panel, and access is protected with a PIN-code. No extra tool is required. Each channel can be configured with a button-text description in up to three lines, delay time, inverted channel, etc.The built-in buzzer will signal in the event of an alarm, and the corresponding rectangle will flash in red. The alarm is acknowledged by pressing the flashing rectangle.
