Important Exhibitor Tasks

All exhibiting companies MUST submit the Booth Approval form by October 28th! Islands & Peninsulas will be required to include a booth design in order to receive written approval.

Login to the Exhibitor Resource Center using the link & password included in your Booth Confirmation email. If you need your Booth Confirmation email re-sent please email customerservice@divcom.com.

If you will be sharing your booth space with any other companies at the event and have not done so yet, please submit their information through the online Co-Exhibitor Form by October 21st. A fee of $300 will be charged for each co-exhibiting company. Each approved co-exhibitor will have a listing on the event website Exhibitor List and event Mobile App and on-site will receive an identification sign displaying their company name and booth number.

All personnel working in your booth will need an exhibitor badge. Through the registration area you can also invite your customers & guests to attend the event for FREE!

This event will utilize a target date move-in & move-out schedule to facilitate a smooth, efficient operation. All exhibitors MUST comply with this schedule. Please note, no exhibit can be removed in whole or in part prior to the close of the show at 2:00pm on Friday, December 2nd.

The Marshalling Yard is located at 1315 Tchoupitoulas St., Lot I, New Orleans, LA

PROCEDURE

  • All carries must proceed to the Freeman Marshalling Yard.
    After your vehicle is parked, driver should report to the Freeman office in Lot I for check-in.
  • Vehicles will be sent to the loading dock in numbered order as dock space becomes available.
  • The Morial Convention Center Transportation Manager will check you in at the loading dock entrance and direct you to an open dock.

Recently The International WorkBoat Show has been the target of groups that offer a variety of fraudulent services. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent travel, advertising and data services. Many of our customers have reported that these groups who are NOT our official vendors fail to deliver on their promises to provide hotel reservations, advertising, or accurate data, then refuse to grant refunds. Some of these groups engage in illegal phishing practices or embed malware in their messages that could (if clicked) infect/hack your company’s systems.

We strongly advise that you do not click on any links from e-mails or groups that look suspicious and always check our official Vendor List before contracting with anyone. These fraudulent vendors use our logo and branding in their communications. If you suspect that you have been contacted by a fraudulent vendor or have any questions please contact us at customerservice@divcom.com.

Please note that The International WorkBoat Show and its official vendors DO NOT sell attendee lists under any circumstance.

Companies or groups offering such lists are not affiliated with The International WorkBoat Show in any way and cannot possibly have accurate attendee data.

Badged Exhibitors will have access to the show floor starting at 7:00am each day.

INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOTH

Each 10’x10’ booth will be set with:

  • 8′ high black back drape & 3′ high black side drape
  • Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive a 7″ x 44″ identification sign displaying your company name and booth number (larger booths may receive a one-line identification sign upon request).
  • Your booth space is NOT carpeted but Show Management requires all booths have carpet or suitable floor covering. You can order carpeting from Freeman or bring in your own. 

 

10’x10’ booths located in the Launch Pad area will be set with:

  • 8′ high gray back drape & 3′ high gray side drape
  • 7″ x 44″ identification sign displaying your company name and booth number.
  • Tuxedo carpet (black and gray mix) included.
