I have been in the Diving industry for over 30 years beginning my career as a commercial diver with American Oilfield Divers. I have practical working knowledge of offshore, inland, and marine operations. I began my office career with Aquatica and Cal Dive as an offshore resources manager and have held position to include Operations manager and currently HSE manager of Leviathan Offshore.
I have been directly in charge of over 300 personnel including marine, inland, offshore, and subsea personnel. Coordinating with project managers superintendent and various personnel to ensure the most productive crews for each project. I also assisted with the development of the Operator Qualification program with Pinon in 2002 being one of the first proctors for OQSG program.
I am a skilled and ethical professional specializing in the management of commercial divers, marine and barge personnel. Proven corporate leader and problem solver with significant accomplishments in existing operations, controlling costs and motivating others. Dedicated to maintaining a reputation built on quality service and uncompromising work ethics. Experienced in Human Resources, recruiting strategies, interviewing and applicant selection. As a person with a collaborative background, I can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Recently acquiring credentials as a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist now focusing primarily on safety within the diving industry.
My previous work history also includes being a Register Radiology Technologist with 9 years’ experience in the health care industry. I also cross trained in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and became a MRI Technologist for several years as well as shift supervisor for the radiology department of two hospitals. My license is still current.
