This opportunity is available exclusively to contracted exhibitors and is designed for products used in real-world vessel, dockside, or port operations—such as battery systems, hybrid propulsion components, charging infrastructure, hydrogen fuel technology, and more.

What's Included:

Your product will be featured in a designated display space within the Alternative Energy Pavilion—an area focused entirely on emerging energy solutions for commercial marine operations. This display includes:

  1. Prominent Display: Your product will be showcased in the equipment displays, positioned in a high-traffic area to maximize attendee engagement.
  2. Dedicated Signage: Your product will have custom signage including your company name, product name, and booth number.
  3. Mobile App & Show Program Callout: This area will be featured as destination in both the mobile app and the printed show guide.

Cost & Requirements:

Participation in the Alternative Energy Equipment Display is $1,500 per product. Space is limited and must be reserved in advance. To be eligible, you must be a contracted exhibitor at the 2025 International WorkBoat Show. Products must be installed by exhibitor staff and approved for display by show management.

  1. Dedicated Social Media Post: Your product will shine in a targeted social media post, generating buzz and anticipation before the show.
  2. Exclusive Email Campaigns: Your product included in two Innovation Center dedicated email blasts to all registered attendees, ensuring early interest and recognition.
  3. Prime Listing in Online Gallery: Gain early visibility with a featured spot in the online product gallery featuring everything there is to know about the product and your booth information.

Postshow Exposure:

  1. Spotlight in WorkBoat Magazine (January Issue): Extend your reach with a feature in the January issue of WorkBoat Magazine, dedicated to Innovation Center products.
  2. Editorial Coverage on WorkBoat.com: Your product will receive post-show editorial coverage on WorkBoat.com, with direct links to the online product gallery for continued exposure.
  3. Extended Gallery Listing: The online gallery will stay live on Underwater Intervention website until registration goes live in 2025!
