Early bird registration is free through October 31, 2025. Starting November 1, advance passes will be $25, and onsite registration will be $50.

Badges will not be mailed in advance of the show. Please bring your confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device) with you to pick up your badge at the show. 

Proceed to the Pre-Registration Badge Pick Up area to print your badge. 

If you need to make changes to your registration, please log into your Registration Resource Center to update your information or contact our Client Services Department at 508-743-8567.

Registrations may be cancelled if written notice is timely provided to [email protected]. However, Registration fees paid are non-refundable. Substitutions of registrants may be made to other employees at the same company at any time up to the start of the Event. Once a badge (either physical or virtual) is issued it cannot be transferred to another. Those in attendance whose identity does not match an issued badge may be removed and precluded from participation in future Diversified events. If an event is canceled by Diversified and a registrant does not timely request a refund or confirm what other event or service the fees should be applied toward, such fees will be forfeited.

    Airport Transportation

    The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is approximately 20 minutes by car to the Morial Convention Center and surrounding hotels. Traveling options from the airport and the Morial Convention Center or to your hotel include:

    Shuttle: The International WorkBoat Show partners with the Airport Shuttle Service to bring our attendees discounted transportation stay tuned for more details about this program and how to reserve your transportation.

    Taxi: $33 flat-rate to Central Business District or $14 per person for 3+ passengers

    Public Transit: $2 fare and the Airport-Downtown Express (E-2) Bus picks up outside airport Entrance #7 on the upper level

  • Visa Invitation Letter Policy

    Please be aware as part of our official show policy we are unable to provide letters of invitation for the purpose of obtaining a visa for travel.

    We have been informed by the US Embassies that a letter of invitation has no bearing on whether a visa will be issued.

    When applying for your visa, be sure to provide a copy of your registration confirmation or exhibit contract (if applicable) to attend the show, as well as any promotional materials you have received verifying the exhibition is a valid event.

    Please understand no exceptions will be made. 

Recently, The International WorkBoat Show has been the target of groups that offer a variety of fraudulent services. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent travel, advertising and data services. Many of our customers have reported that these groups who are NOT our official vendors fail to deliver on their promises to provide hotel reservations, advertising, or accurate data, then refuse to grant refunds. Some of these groups engage in illegal phishing practices or embed malware in their messages that could (if clicked) infect/hack your company’s systems.

We strongly advise that you do not click on any links from e-mails or groups that look suspicious and always check our official vendor list before contracting with anyone.  If you suspect that you have been contacted by a fraudulent vendor or have any questions please contact us at [email protected]

Please Note that The International WorkBoat Show and its official vendors DO NOT sell attendee lists under any circumstance. 

Companies or Groups offering such lists are not affiliated with The International WorkBoat Show in any way and cannot possibly have accurate attendee data.
