Pace Ralli is the CEO and co-founder of SWITCH Maritime. Pace brings to SWITCH decades of experience across the financial, maritime, and climate technology sectors, working as both an investor and as a new venture operator. Pace has worked at Pacific Gas & Electric in California, where he focused on energy efficiency and natural gas transmission, as well as SCIenergy, where he helped launched the Energy Efficiency Catalyst Fund to finance large-scale emissions reductions in commercial real estate. Pace founded three ventures in the maritime sector: MidOcean Wind LLC, which constructs Jones Act-compliant vessels to serve the growing US offshore wind industry; Clean Marine Energy, which builds clean fueling infrastructure for the maritime shipping industry; and now SWITCH. Pace holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
