Introducing the Dacon Wire Guide Deployment System
The Dacon Rescue Scoop was first introduced to the market 30 years ago, its purpose to recover casualties horizontally from the water and directly on board the standby-/rescue vessel, and capable to do so in severe weather conditions. Since it was first introduced it has been produced to more than 1000 vessels and boats in all corners of the world.
30+ years since the first Scoop was built and delivered to Simon Møkster Shipping, Dacon are now introducing a new Scoop system allowing vessels with significant freeboards to use the Dacon Scoop. Dacon will deliver its first 2 Wire Guide Scoop system to an undisclosed standby customer this month.
