How do I register?

You can register online HERE before the show, or once you arrive at the show. The registration area is located in Lobby D of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

How much does it cost to register for the International WorkBoat Show?

How and where do I get my badge?

If you provided us with an email address or fax number when pre-registering, you will be sent a registration confirmation. Bring the top barcoded area of this confirmation to the show to pick up your badge onsite – printed, or on your mobile device.

If you did not provide an email or fax when you registered but now wish to do so, please contact the Visitor Registration line at (508) 743-8567 and request that a confirmation be sent to you via fax or email, or visit to the Pre-Registered Visitor counter in the registration area, located in Lobby D, and a representative will print your badge.

All badges can be picked up in the registration area. The registration area is located in the front of Lobby D.

I lost my registration confirmation letter or I did not receive a confirmation, how do I get my badge?

If you lost or did not receive your registration confirmation letter, please contact the Visitor Registration line at (508) 743-8567 and request that a confirmation be resent to you via fax or email.  You may also visit the Corrections & Lookups counter in Registration and a representative will print your badge.

How do I obtain a list of exhibitors and events?

Can I bring my kids?

All attendees must be at least 15 years of age, and registration/badges are required.  Persons under the age of 15 will not be allowed in the exhibit hall during exhibitor move in and move out.

I’m exhibiting at the show. How do I plan for my exhibit?

Thank you for making the International WorkBoat Show part of your 2016 business plan. We value your business and are pleased that you have chosen to exhibit.

We have are working on the Exhibitor Portal to aid you in planning for the event. There you can update your company listing, view the rules and regulations for your booth type and learn more about the show. You’ll also find links to complete your registrations for booth staff, and upgrade at the exhibitor discount for the educational conference. You will need to login using the information sent to you from our customer service team in your booth confirmation letter.
