Michigan Wheel produces a variety of commercial and pleasure boat propellers 3” to 96” diameter of Manganese Bronze, NiBrAl, and up 150” on contracted Stainless Steel. From hand-finish to fully CNC machined high tolerance propellers, Michigan Wheel has the ability to evaluate specifications, design, and manufacture the perfect matched propeller for any vessel application which will meet or exceed the owner’s expectations. Michigan Wheel has partnered with Nakashima Propeller Co., Ltd. to extend its propulsion product offering to include larger diameter propellers, as well as alternative propulsion technologies. Nakashima Propeller has a history of manufacturing built-to-order products by combining skilled craftsmanship with digital technology. By bringing these seemingly contradictory elements together, Nakashima has been able to meet their customers' requirements by creating optimal products that are unlike any other. Nakashima Propeller supports the safe operation of ships all over the world with fixed and controllable pitch propellers and thrusters. Nakashima manufactures each product individually using a unique style that aims to make customers' vessels faster, safer, and more comfortable.
Michigan Wheel has continued to set the standard on quality products with the Michigan Aqualube Bearings series. Michigan offers a competitive water lubricated bearing line with a selection that is constantly evolving to meet the needs of its customers. Currently available with traditional brass shells, with and without flange, as well as Phenolic (non-metallic) shell for applications where reactivity is a concern. Michigan Wheel keeps a wide selection in stock in their warehouse in Grand Rapids and through their select stocking distributors.
